The Besta Showroom & Customer Service Centre is based in Cheras Plaza, Taman Segar, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. Over the past 11 years, with the “LEAD” spirit of value-created R & D learning, technology innovation and customer focus, the “Besta” brand of electronic dictionaries has focused on sales to Chinese speaking communities in Malaysia and it has successfully positioned its product as the leading brand of electronic dictionaries on the market today.

The Besta electronic dictionary functions have since evolved from the non-talking function to the new era’s abundant resource warehouses/ database, clear and sharp pronunciation, double expansion slot function, Internet downloading and many other multi-functions.

In the year 2000, the launch of “KAMUS PERDANA” M1009 IC card – the best reference tool of the electronic dictionary for Malaysians to learn the three main languages: Malay, English and Chinese in the country received an over-whelming response, and this has continuously made “Besta” the leading electronic dictionary brand name in the region.
